Delivery

A) How does the delivery process work?

• Once you have placed an order on our website, our system starts processing your order almost immediately.
• Next, your item is passed through a quality check before handing over to the courier partner.
• Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
• Then, your item is shipped to your location.
• In case your address falls on location that is not served by our delivery partners, our team will contact you and find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.

B) What is the estimated delivery time?

We religiously aim to ship and deliver the products within 5-8 working days. Furthermore, We diligently ship orders throughout the week except Sunday.

Please note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We ensure you that we will try our best to have product delivered to you in the best time and we truly appreciate your patience.

C) Can I track my order?

Yes, you sure can! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking ID of the respective courier partner. You can simply click TRACK ORDER and enter your order number or full AWB to check where your order has reached or how long will it take to get delivered.

ASTERIA ships throughout India so you can receive your order in any corner of the country within the confines of your home.

C) What are the different shipping options you provide?

We provide standard shipping which you can choose from the checkout page while placing your order.

D) Are there any shipping charges?

Shipping is Free for all Prepaid orders*, We charge a nominal shipping fee of INR 150 for COD across India which will be added at the payment page before completing the purchase.

E) Do you provide Cash on Delivery method?

Yes, we do. You can pay in cash for your order when the product reaches your home.

G) Are there any charges for Cash on Delivery (COD)?

If you choose COD option, you pay INR 150 as delivery charges. This amount includes shipping charges as well.

H) How are orders packaged?

We go an extra mile to make sure you receive your order in top-notch condition. Each item is wrapped in sturdy packaging so that it stays free from any physical damage. So far, has received no complaints about damaged items due to packaging.
